Your Step-by-Step Arrival & Ticket Collection Guide
Thank you for booking your Kecak Dance tickets with BaliDewTour.
To ensure you have a stress-free afternoon and bypass the massive 2-hour queue, please strictly follow this 5-step guide.
3 THINGS YOU MUST KNOW BEFORE YOU ARRIVE:
- Temple Ticket is SEPARATE: Your booking with us covers the Kecak Dance ticket ONLY. The government charges a separate entrance fee for the Uluwatu Temple area (approx. IDR 60,000 for Adults and IDR 40.000 for Child) which you must pay at the main front gate. Payment only accept Cash.
- DO NOT JOIN any other GETYOURGUIDE agent (with umbrellas) outside Uluwatu Temple! They are different agents and are not affiliated with us. If you see a GETYOURGUIDE umbrella near the parking area, please ignore it. Our team is located inside Uluwatu Temple, where we will meet you and provide your tickets.
- DO NOT JOIN THE LINE: When you reach the Kecak arena, you will see a huge queue for “Online/Offline” tickets. IGNORE IT. Your physical tickets are already secured and held by our team behind the counter.
THE 5 STEP NAVIGATION GUIDE
STEP 1 : Parking & Get Free Sarong
Once you arrive at the Uluwatu area and park your vehicle, walk towards the main Temple Entrance Gate. Before entering, you will be given a free purple or yellow sarong to wear. It is a mandatory dress code to respect the sacred temple. DO NOT JOIN any other GETYOURGUIDE agent (with umbrellas) outside Uluwatu Temple! They are different agents and are not affiliated with us.

Pic 2 : Use Purple Sarong if you wearing Short Pants or Use Orange Sarong if you wearing Long Pants
STEP 2 : Buy Your Tample Ticket First
Walk to the first ticket counter you see. Buy your Temple Entrance Ticket here.
Note: Do not ask the staff at this counter about your Kecak tickets, they belong to the government forestry department and do not hold our agency tickets.

STEP 3 : Free Time & Temple Exploring
Because your Sunset Show (6:00 PM) ticket is already 100% secured with us, there is absolutely no need to rush! If you arrive early (between 1:00 PM – 4:15 PM), enjoy your time walking along the breathtaking cliffs, taking photos, and watching the wild monkeys.
Note :
if you arrive before 5.30 PM, you can enjoy the Uluwatu Temple first and then meet our Greeter to grab your Ticket Kecak.
but, if you arrive after 5.30 PM, we suggest you to grab your ticket and come inside the Stage.
STEP 4 : Walk Down to Near Kecak Dance Ticket Counter! 4.40 pm - 6 pm
Around 4:40 PM ,your ticket ready! if you want come in the stage, start walking down towards the Kecak Dance Arena (just follow the signs inside the temple area). When you arrive, you will see a massive, chaotic queue at the ticketing booth. Walk straight past the crowd. Do not stand in that line!

Pic 2 : If you see this black banner, please approach it immediately and contact your greeter, who will provide your ticket. Your greeter will have already sent you a message in advance, so please check your messages for their contact details.
STEP 5 : Meet Your Greeter at the "VIP Agent Zone" (Behind the Counter)
Walk right past the queues and head directly BEHIND the main Kecak ticket booth. This is the private area where official registered agents gather.
